Village Roadshow Queensland New Filmmakers Awards
It seems that QNFA used to be just for film-makers under 30. But in August this year the age limit was lifted and the competition is now for established filmmakers as well ‘emerging tertiary film makers’.
This week, Griffith Film School had a swag of short films and animations nominated including films from Peter Ireland, Elise Kowitz, Ahmed Nashabe, Kristy Campbell, Benjamin Zaugg and Xin Li.
Congratulations also to 1996 Alumni, Robert Braiden, and his Producer and creative team from TRUE LOVE who collected many awards for their film, nominated in over 6 categories.
